Terms of Use: Harassment in any manner or form on this site, including via e-mail, chat or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Ghariti Bodycare or other licensed employees or representatives, as well as registered members or visitors on this site is prohibited. You may not upload, distribute or otherwise publish through this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on this site or use this site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ghariti Bodycare, its managers, directors, employees, vendors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing this site using an internet connection traceable to you.

Payment: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Money orders and Paypal for payments. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received. However funds are not captured till the day the order is shipped. Money Orders are are an excluded form of payment for Canadian orders. For more information, visit our Store Policy page.

Shipping and Handling: Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F). Shipping is currently available to all US locations incuding that of Hawaii but excluding those of Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Furthermore, Ghariti Bodycare will only ship to Canadian international addresses.

International orders such as Canadian orders will be shipped via First Class International Mail if the total package weight less than 4 lbs and via Priority International Mail if the total package weights above 4 lbs.

For all Canadian shipments, please be advised that Ghariti Bodycare will NOT be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. In addition, Ghariti Bodycare will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office or would we be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Signature confirmation or orders over $30: All orders with a balance totaling $30 or more (including shipping fees) will now be required to be signed by the cutomer upon receipt. This policy was enacted in order to help our establishment combat fraudulent activities. Some products ordered can be costly and it is imperative that they are delivered to you at the right address and in the right hands, thus if you place an order that totals $30 or more, you will be required to sign for it when delivered.

In the event no one is available to sign and confirm the package during the initial attempt, the post office will seek to make one or more subsequent deliveries before the package is returned to us. When the mail carrier misses the recipient, he/she will leave a note at the door to detail the transaction. As a customer, you are then required to closely follow the instructions on the form to retrieve your package.

Sales tax: Ghariti Bodycare charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for the location to which the order is being shipped.

Purchase Related Policies: The products available on this site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. If you wish to purchase large quantities from us for retail, we recommend partnering with us with a wholesale contract. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Unwanted Goods: Ghariti Bodycare offers a 14 day return policy window in which full or partial refund may be returned to the customer granted that the reason for the return of an item is legitimate/ warranted. To take advantage of our products, we encourage our customers to order sample sizes of their favorite items before committing to a full purchase.

Complaints: Complaints, questions or further suggestions of any nature relating to our products and services are welcomed if Ghariti Bodycare is to provide you with the service we aim to achieve. As with all other inquires, we will seek to give an initial response - in the manner that you request (i.e. e-mail, verbal or written) - within 48 hours of our receipt of the complaint.

In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of NJ shall apply and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Essex county, NJ or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
