When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure dedicated IP address and 128/256-bit Secure Socket Layer based encryption of all the information you input in the checkout portion of this site or account login form.

Our digital certificate is issued by 'Comodo Inc' a leading provider of web security services. When customer information is entered in our checkout system, the data is then encrypted or encoded and transmitted to a secure web server. Ultimately, customers who sign up for our services are to also take the proper steps to keep their personal information protected by securing their customer profile username and password from unauthorized access. When you create a new customer profile, we ask for your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. Your information is then stored and recalled whenever you log into your account. The information you provided can be used to speed up the checkout process as the name, mailing address, email address and telephone number form fields are pre-filled. You are to keep your account password confidential and easily accessible by you and yours only. Return Policy:

Ghariti Bodycare proudly boast a 14 days return and refund policy. However, prior to commiting to a more expensive purchase, we strongly encourage our customers to order sample sizes of their favorite items. Ghariti Bodycare is committed to providing exceptional customer service and thus keeping customers satisfied. If in any event you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply contact us with your order ID in hand.

A representative will then assist you with general order return procedures and provide you return shipping information, payment reimbursement contracts and invoice slips amongst others.

Ghariti Bodycare will cover 100% of the shipping cost associated with an item return. Simply enclose the forms provided to you by our Customer Service Representatives in the manner most preferable to you, pack the item in an approved shipping box and drop the return shipment at the respective mailing center as indicated by the shipping information on your slip. Once the item is received and thoroughly inspected for misuse or abuse, in which case a return request may be denied, Ghariti Bodycare will proceed with the refund request and initiate a reimbursement within 48 hours of item receipt and inspection. Refunds will be processed in the manner in which the financial transaction was initially ensued, ie Paypal or Credit Cards.

Ghariti Bodycare will not accept returns on products that have been improperly handled or used in an inconceivable manner by the customer. In the event we see fit to deny your return/refund request, we will contact you with a coordinated response as to why your request was denied and proceed accordingly.

Please be aware that Ghariti Bodycare does not restock returned items for sale that have been opened or used. This is a precaution to prevent contamination from external sources. In this case, a opened product will be properly accounted for in our accounting system and then discarded. An unopened and seemingly fine product however may be restocked and sold at a discount. This online e-tailer does not charge restocking fees. Please be advised that exchanges are handled in the exact same manner, with the exception of a closing process resulting in an item shipped to you instead of a refund.

Payment Policy:

Ghariti Bodycare established a payment policy that helps ensure that customers are offered secure and convenient payment options. We accept Money Orders, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit cards with the aforementioned logos and Paypal secure payments. In the near future, we may implement Amazon Payments and Google Checkout. Payments are generally authorized on the date the order is placed, however funds may not be captured until the order is shipped. At this time, the e-tailer does not accept Wire Transfers and Personal Checks. Money Orders are precluded from candian orders.
