Where do we ship
Ghariti Bodycare (formerly Hosia Online) ships from the state of New Jersey in the United States to all other states, including that of Hawaii (Enacted Nov. 10, 2009). Ghariti Bodycare does not ship to Guam and Puerto Rico. In addition, In order to curb fraudulent orders, Ghariti Bodycare REQUIRES for Virgin Islands and Hawaiian purchasing customers to provide identical Billing and Shipping addresses. Failure to do so, may potentially delay shipment or cause us to cancel the transaction all together. ATTN: All Canadian international shipmens have been suspended until further notice.

Calculating Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are price based and start at $2.39 and up. International shipping costs however, may be calculated using the following parameters: Product weight, product size and delivery location. Please understand that Ghariti Bodycare is not in the business to make additional money on products by inflating shipping rates and we understand that those rates can affect the total price of items purchased. In addition, Ghariti Bodycare does not charge Handling fees. There are no hidden costs involved at all, as we are simply passing on the estimated shipping costs to the customer. Exceptions include items that are advertised as FREE SHIPPING, in which Ghariti Bodycare will cover the shipping cost for the customer.

Signature confirmation or orders over $30
All orders with a balance totaling $30 or more (including shipping fees) will now be required to be signed by the cutomer upon receipt. This policy was added in order to help our establishment combat fraudulent activities. Some products ordered can be costly and it is imperative that they are delivered to you at the right address and in the right hands, thus if you place an order that totals $30, you will be required to sign for it when delivered.
In the event no one is available to sign and confirm the package during the initial attempt, the post office will seek to make one or more subsequent deliveries before the package is returned to us. When the mail carrier misses the recipient, he/she will leave a note at the door to detail the transaction. As a customer, you are then required to closely follow the instructions on the form to retrieve your package.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
Ghariti Bodycare generally ships within 3-5 business days following the receipt of a purchase order and funds capture. Payments are authorized on the date item is ordered, however funds are captured on the date the item is shipped.
Ghariti Bodycare utilizes two of the most prominent shipping carriers, United Parcel Service (UPS) and The United States Postal Service (USPS). These carriers offer us some of the lowest rates and as always we are committed in making sure that your shopping experience is enjoyable, affordable and stress-free. Thus, we intend to match our low product prices with low shipping rates to keep your total cost as minimal as possible.
Ghariti Bodycare has made available two shipping methods for USPS including: First Class Mail and Priority Mail, and one shipping method for UPS: Ground shipping.
In addition, the following services are available for USPS only: Shipping Insurance, Signature Confirmation and Restricted Delivery. Please be aware that when you select the shipping insurance option in your shopping cart, the cost WILL be calculated into your total shipping cost at checkout. Shipping Insurance calculates an additonal $1.80 of your total shipment cost. Ghariti Bodycare covers the cost of USPS Delivery Confirmation only and this service is not calculated into your total shipping cost but is mandated for all orders.
Please note: Ghariti Bodycare reserves the right to utilize either shipping method you at our sole discretion and expense. In additon we will not be held liable for interrupted service or unexpected delays of your order caused by weather or natural disasters.
International orders such as Canadian orders will be shipped via First Class International Mail if the total package weight less than 4 lbs and via Priority International Mail if the total package weights above 4 lbs.
For all Canadian shipments, please be advised that Ghariti Bodycare will NOT be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. In addition, Ghariti Bodycare will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office or would we be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. ATTN: Canadian international shipmens have been suspended, the above terms of use for Canda are no longer applicable.

Item Availability
In the event that a purchased item is temporarily unavailable, Ghariti Bodycare will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as information from our suppliers becomes available. Other times, if any items in your total order are temporarily out of stock for immediate delivery, we will ship to you the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available. You pay no extra charge.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Free shipping offers only apply to standard shipping to the USA. Expedited shipping is not included. Applicable taxes and duties still apply on pertaining orders. Ghariti Bodycare is not responsible for any errors or ommissions and is not obligated to sell merchandise or provide free shipping due to pricing errors. All coupons/offers are subject to change.
Tracking your Order
Ghariti Bodycare wants to make it easy for our customers to track their shipment and verify the delivery status of their order. When an order request is initiated, Ghariti Bodycare will email a series of order updates to you, along a tracking number. Most shipments can be tracked via our website. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your information to be retrieved and updated. You may also be able to view the current status of your order by clicking here. By visiting our Order Status page you will gain information about the current processing phase your order is in, including:

Your order is temporarily unavailable. You will received confirmation of when it will become available for shipment. |

Your payment has been refunded following a cancellation notice or pertaining to Ghariti Bodycare return policy. |
