Recipients of eGift Certificates must have e-mail and access to the World Wide Web in order to receive and redeem their online eGift Certificate.

You may purchase an online Gift certificate for an amount as low as $5 or as high as $100 and you will not be charged taxes and shipping fees on this eGift Certificate. If you purchase an eGift Certificate in conjunction with other tangible products in your cart, you will be assessed shipping fees and sales tax on those tangible items only, if applicable.

Once a Gift Certificate has been successfully transacted, an email containing a redeemable code and instructions for use on our website at 'www.hosiaonline.com' or 'www.gharitibodycare.com' will be dispatched to the recipient within 24 hours. The recipient's code must be used to debit the balance on the eGift Certificate.

In the event that an order placed exceeds the balance on the Gift Certificate, the recipient must use another form of payment method to pay the remaining balance of the item purchased.

if your recipient has not received an email contain the redeemable code, instruct them to look into their junk or bulk mail folder first before contacting us. Otherwise, send an e-mail to our Customer Service department and we will resend the redemption code for the eGift Certificate to the original recipient address. Please remember to include the recipient e-mail address and/or the order number with which it was purchased. If you sent the eGift Certificate to the wrong e-mail address, please contact our Customer Service department. Our representatives will only be able to resend your eGift to a different recipient if it has not been redeemed.

Ghariti Bodycare does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for eGift Certificate purchases that have already been redeemed. We will only offer online store credits if an refund is requested.
